This is achieved by identifying and understanding authentic motivations, strengths, weaknesses, behaviours, values, blind spots, and other hidden factors.
I do not use computer-based personality assessments, as clients gain more clarity and benefit from confidential, non-judgmental conversations. Each client is treated as an individual rather than becoming an unseen statistic within a generic, sheep-dip style process where ‘tell’ is favoured over ‘discuss’.
As a result, clients have reported an increase in self-awareness, confidence, self-belief, direction, focus and energy, as well as developing an enhanced personal brand and productivity.
